Consider yourself a game changer?

Our dedication to excellent craftsmanship is at the very heart of e3. We are passionate about nurturing talent, and enabling our team to develop their skills within the workplace. We understand the importance of supporting people on their journey to career success, which in turn allows us to thrive as an agency in the digital landscape.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, dedicated team who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and set the bar high. You’ll work alongside your teammates in a collaborative and innovative manner, striving for impeccable work at every opportunity. You’ll be a game changer and a risk taker, not afraid to ask questions or throw yourself in at the deep end.

You’re someone who wants to be a key player in the team, someone who comes to work every day to excel, someone who not only thrives off their own success, but the success of those around them.

What to

At e3creative, we believe in collaboration, not isolation. No matter which team you work in, you’ll be exposed to all areas the digital world has to offer.

For us, there is no ceiling on your capabilities. We encourage the entire team to get involved in every step of a project’s life cycle - from pitch inception and brainstorming sessions, through to design concepts and strategisation. We believe that knowledge is power, and that involvement from every member of the team is crucial to our success.

We are a team of free thinkers, who thrive off our teammates flourishing and running with a project as their own. We have a strong belief that, no matter what size the project, you can own it and make it something truly outstanding. Our best work comes from thinking outside the box, and we excel because we aren't afraid to venture into the unknown. Breaking the mould is something we do on a daily basis, and is the thing that keeps our agency unique and ever-changing.

You’ll never have to go it alone. You will be surrounded by like minded individuals, who are on hand to support, answer questions, and mentor you along the way.

If you’re ready for a challenge, if you’re fearless with your creative choices, if your dedication is unparalleled, we’re looking for you:

  • You’re a designer or developer who puts logic and heart, attention and flare, charisma and intuition, into everything that you create.

  • You come to work to be engaged, motivated and part of a team you can be proud of.

  • You enjoy immersing yourself in the world of digital, whether it be the latest technological advance, or a disruptive piece of design.

  • Your attention to detail is remarkable, and you understand that a truly fantastic product only comes from looking and functioning immaculately.

  • You’re quick thinking, good at solving problems, and excellent at keeping up team communications.

  • You enjoy working across a number of exciting projects, and aren’t afraid to try new things to achieve the impossible.

A day in
the life

Here’s a glimpse at a day in the life of an e3er:

  • 8.00 - 10.00am - Get a coffee and get settled into the day with a catch up with colleagues. Whether computer games, netflix or sport is your thing, you’ll always find someone to talk to!

  • 10.00 - Team stand up time. This is your chance to share your progress, raise any issues, and collaborate with others on solutions.

  • 12:30 - It’s lunchtime! Let’s eat.

  • 1.30 - Get stuck in to project work. Whether you work in design, code, strategy or management, you’ll be working with some fantastic brands, and no two days will be the same.

  • 4:00 - The best time of the week is 4 o’clock on a Friday, when the sound of beer bottles opening across the office can be heard. Have a laugh with your colleagues, showcase the work you’ve smashed that week, and start winding down for the weekend.

  • 6:00 - Unless you’ve got a big deadline looming, it’s time to clock off. Socialising is big at e3, so you might have plans with teammates, otherwise get yourself home for a well deserved rest.
