We're Here Every Step Of The Way

Buying your next home is no small decision, by creating support, help and advice portals within the website home buyers were supported through the entire journey.

Problem

Morris Homes were looking to harness a much-improved brand and user experience through a new website and brand direction. Their existing website was built in Umbraco which did not provide the CMS flexibility they desired, therefore, an entire website re-build was required.

The website needed to break down the walls of home buying, providing potential home buyers with a warm and connected experience. With the website gaining in excess of 20,000 visitors a month, it was essential that the website integrated seamlessly into their existing CRM to capture customer data in order to nurture the home buying cycle. The project was to be a dual blend of solving customer and internal business challenges.

Thinking

Morris Homes as a brand are incredibly active when it comes to both SEO and PPC campaigns. This meant that not only did the website need to look good, it also needed to provide the tools and capabilities necessary to run a strong SEO programme and PPC strategy.

e3’s strategy, UX, design and development teams ensured that our approach allowed for a fully customisable CMS, one that would allow Morris Homes to easily build forms, landing pages and edit content as and when needed. Our approach to the project was one that would provide sensational user interface design, intertwined with practicality and seamless functionality.

Result

The website project was a great success, providing the key ability to manage the website through an advanced CMS solution. Not only did the website integrate seamlessly with the internal CRM, but e3’s technical teams also developed robust API’s that allowed property plots and sites to dynamically populate house availability based on real-time sales.

With the website now providing enhanced functionality and connected experience, average time on site and page visits have increased by over 200%, overall increasing conversions and customer engagement. Through the use of Google Analytics, heat mapping and user conversion tracking, e3 now work closely with Morris Homes to further conversion rates through ongoing website analysis and optimisation.
