Ascot Website Relaunch - the integrated digital teams at e3creative crafted a new website for Ascot Racecourse with an on-site experience that is incomparable across the industry. With smooth user journeys and memorable interactions, the platform embeds the flare and excitement of attending Ascot Racecourse and their world-class hospitality venues. The strategic digital marketing teams were involved throughout the entire project, leading workshops with Ascot and defining target personas to map out key user-journeys whilst pinpointing pain points and optimising the platform for performance. For launch, our SEO and CRO experts ensured the website maintained organic search visibility despite a drastic 90% reduction in the number of live pages, which in turn increased the average website session duration and number of on-site transactions.
Sony PlayStation Gear Black Friday - the objective for this campaign was to drive sales across the eCommerce website during a key buying period, as well as generate widespread awareness of Sony PlayStation’s official merchandising platform since it was only launched across Europe six months prior. The Black Friday/ Cyber Monday campaign targeted gamers and gifters over an 8-day period with a creative strategy. The campaign overtook the website with eye-catching visuals and a countdown feature unlocking hidden deals daily. With the corporate backing of PlayStation, the Black Friday campaign was activated using their blog and social media accounts, as well as through targeted Google display ads and influencer outreach. This campaign was deemed a success based on new website traffic and sales generated through the platform.
The Northern Marketing Awards celebrate excellence, creativity and achievements in the marketing industry across the north. Entries were submitted by a wide variety of companies, agencies, organisations and institutions and the shortlist was generated by a large panel of judges that represent innovation across the industry. The winner in each category will be awarded at a ceremony at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester on 14 November 2019.
